Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us. 

Shipping Methods

We offer several shipping methods for your convenience. Depending on the item(s) you purchase and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods are available. 

Free Shipping 

We offer free shipping on domestic orders over $75. 

Flat Rate Domestic Shipping 

We offer domestic shipping at the following rates:

Shipping options are confirmed during checkout, All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only. 

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.

International Shipping

We are proud to offer international shipping to select countries outside of the United States. However, please note that if your listed country is not available during checkout, it means we cannot ship to that country at the moment. We are continuously working to expand our shipping capabilities.

Fulfillment Timeline

We process and fulfill all orders within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST may begin processing the next business day. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Duties, Taxes & Customs

To make international shopping hassle-free, we ship using the Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) method for the countries we ship to. This means:

  • All applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees are included in your final price at checkout.
  • You won't need to pay additional fees upon delivery.
  • Orders are cleared through customs smoothly, ensuring a faster delivery process. 

Shipping Rules & Restrictions

  • Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes. Please use a valid street address to avoid delays. 

  • Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States, as that is where we are located. 

  • Only in-stock items will ship after your order has been processed. 

  • The shipping cost displayed for an individual item reflects what you can expect to pay if the item ships alone. Your actual shipping and handling cost will automatically compute on the checkout page.

  • Please note: Orders shipped to freight forwarding services are at the customer's own risk. Almanzar Apparel is not responsible for any issues that arise after your package has been delivered to the forwarding address. This includes:

    • Lost or stolen packages after delivery to the forwarding facility. 
    • Delays caused by the forwarding company or customs clearance. 
    • Misrouted shipments due to incomplete or incorrect forwarding information. 
    • Damaged items during or after transit from the forwarding facility.
